Data Retention
Where we have provided any of our services we retain your records for a minimum of 7 years following the last contact. These records are classed as medical records and EmSEVEN ltd comply with the Records Management: NHS Code of Practice which specifies the length of time health records should be kept, dependent on the type of record held.
In order to comply with contract law and specifically The Limitation Act 1980 all records are held for a maximum of 7 years post the claim settling and then securely destroyed.
